Cheese Sauce

1. Place butter, flour and milk in a saucepan. 2. Using a whisk, stir over
medium heat allowing sauce to thicken. 3. Continue until smooth and thick
then bring to the boil. 4. Remove from heat, stir in all three cheeses and
seasoning. Vegan
Mustard Sauce

1. Place oil, flour and liquid in a saucepan. 2. Using a whisk, stir over
medium heat allowing sauce to thicken. 3. Continue until smooth and thick
then bring to the boil. 4. Remove from heat and stir in mustard and seasoning.
Chocolate Sauce

1. Follow steps 1 to 3 from cheese sauce. 2. Remove from heat, add sugar and
chocolate squares, stirring until melted. |
