1. Mix together the flour, salt and water then leave to stand for 10 minutes.
2. Lightly oil and heat a heavy frying pan. 3. Stir batter then place 2-3
spoonfuls onto hot pan to form an oval flat bread. 4. Cook until light brown
underneath then turn over and cook on other side. 5. Serve hot or cold with
spread or filling of your choice.
