Gluten Free Bread Recipes

Quick Flat Bread Wraps

Metric	Ingredients	Imperial
100g	maize or gram or rice or gluten free flour	4oz
¼tsp	salt	¼tsp
8tbsp	water	8tbsp
2tbsp	oil	2tbsp

Method
1. Mix together the flour, salt and water then leave to stand for 10 minutes.
2. Lightly oil and heat a heavy frying pan.
3. Stir batter then place 2-3 spoonfuls onto hot pan to form an oval flat bread.
4. Cook until light brown underneath then turn over and cook on other side.
5. Serve hot or cold with spread or filling of your choice.

Storing Quick Breads - Store uneaten quick flat bread in an airtight container.
